The Two Rivers Community Foundation (2RCF) was established in 1999 to benefit communities located along the Colorado and Roaring Fork Rivers. By partnering with a variety of civic-minded groups, 2RCF has served as a catalyst for numerous community projects, including the Aquatic Center, the Sound Garden, and the Tot Lot at the Glenwood Springs Community Center. In an effort to expand their services, 2RCF affiliated in 2007 with the Western Colorado Community Foundation to enable donors to establish endowed funds and take advantage of other gifting vehicles offered by WCCF.
