2RCF has established two funds to which you can make a gift, depending on how you want to support the community:

The 2RCF General Fund: focused on responding to urgent community needs; this fund also supports 2RCF operations.

The T.R.U.E. Grants fund which we use to make annual grant awards to nonprofits doing great work in our community.

Below, you have the option to make a gift immediately.

However, we at 2RCF are also ready to have a conversation with you if you are considering making a large gift or a gift from your assets. If you are considering either of these, please reach out to us first. We would like to learn more about you and where your philanthropic heart wants to make an impact!

Fund

A gift to the 2RCF General Fund provides discretionary funding for the 2RCF board to respond to current community needs as well as day-to-day operational costs.

Fund

The T.R.U.E. Grants Fund is a fund that supports a grant program for local nonprofit organizations through a competitive application process. Donations can be made for immediate use in the current year grant cycle or can go toward the balance to help perpetuate the grant program.

2RCF serves as the fiscal agent for organizations who do not have nonprofit status but wish to raise funds for causes in our community. Housed under the 2RCF 501(c)(3) umbrella, we are able to provide these organizations with the nonprofit structure to accomplish their goals. You may also make a gift to any of the organizations below through 2RCF.

Glenwood Springs Pool

2RCF is the fiscal agent for this fund to support the community pool that is located at the Glenwood Springs Community Center

Glenwood Springs Whitewater Park

2RCF is the fiscal agent for this fund to support maintenance and upkeep of the Whitewater Park located on the Colorado River in West Glenwood.

Garfield County Fair/Rodeo Scholarship

2RCF is the fiscal agent for this fund to support a scholarship awarded to the Garfield County Rodeo Royalty for continued education.

Jeannie Miller Memorial Scholarship

2RCF is the fiscal agent for this fund to support a scholarship awarded to a GSHS Student in the choir or band program pursuing higher education.

Ruthie Parrish Memorial Scholarship

2RCF is the fiscal agent for this fund to support an annual scholarship awarded to high school senior hockey player pursuing higher education.

GSHS Teacher Appreciation Scholarship

2RCF is the fiscal agent for this fund to support a scholarship awarded a student who is the child of a GSHS Teacher and is pursuing higher education.

Stuart Rippy Memorial Donor Advised

2RCF is the fiscal agent for this fund in memory of Stuart Rippy that is used for public improvement projects determined by the donors who advise the fund.

Carbondale Dog Park Friends

2RCF is the fiscal agent for this fund to support the improvement of and activities at the Carbondale Dog Park.

Community Gardens of Glenwood Springs

2RCF is the fiscal agent for this fund to support the maintenance and improvement of the Glenwood Community Garden.

Free for All Book Fair

2RCF is the fiscal agent for this fund to support the annual Free for All Book Fair that is held in fall/winter and provides access to free books for all ages.

Glenwood Education

2RCF is the fiscal agent for this fund to support a grant program for the schools in Glenwood Springs. Their main event and fundraiser is Corks and Kegs which takes place every spring.

Helping Heart Children

2RCF is the fiscal agent for this fund to support a fund to provide resources and assistance to families who have a child who has or has had a heart defect.

Hoop D'Ville Foundation

2RCF is the fiscal agent for this fund to support a fund for the improvement and maintenance of various sports facilities, events and programs in Glenwood Springs.

Project Pack

2RCF is the fiscal agent for this fund to support a fund that provides supplies to organizations that interface with children in crisis situations. P.A.C.K. Provide A Crisis Kit.

Take A Minute

2RCF is the fiscal agent for this fund to support initiatives for traffic calming in Glenwood Springs for the betterment of the community.

Protect Our GarCo Libraries

2RCF is the fiscal agent for this fund started by community members interested in supporting and protecting all 6 libraries in the Garfield County Public Library District.
