The Two Rivers Community Foundation's beginning was to raise money to build the Glenwood Springs Recreation Center and the pool.  A small fund still exists from that enormous effort and it is used today for special upgrades for the pool. A donation to this fund sets aside money for when the City makes a request to do an upgrade to the pool.
