About
History: The Two Rivers Unrestricted Endowment Fund (T.R.U.E) is a community fund established by Garfield County community leaders in order to build resources to help local nonprofits through annual grant distributions. The TRUE Fund is managed by the Western Colorado Community Foundation (WCCF).
Service Area: Through a competitive annual grant application process, the TRUE Fund provides annual grant awards to non-profit organizations that provide services throughout Glenwood Springs, Carbondale, and New Castle.
